Twenty startups, in three categories, revealed their innovative solutions during a pitch contest on October 13. After the public vote and the deliberation of the jury, 5 winners have been awarded.
> Category 1: Embedded solution related to energy for mobility
+ Grand Prix
Zeway developed a removable battery technology for electric scooters. The concept? Switch the battery with a full battery in a station. This technology will be integrated in scooters developed by Zeway but will be compatible with other scooters. Zeway is currently underway a fundraising to finance the launch and commercial development of its technology.
> Category 2: Infrastructure and energy management
Zeplug offers a complete service of charging infrastructure for companies and collective ownerships. The startup invests part or the totality in installation and maintenance.
> Category 3: Hydrogen and biogas solutions
Neptech’s hydrogen powered catamarans are intended for private or public passengers transport operators, tourism professionals or freight companies. The vessels will have a transportation capacity up to 150 passengers/20 tons of goods.
> Jury’s international award
ZET develops mobility softwares. This german and Norwegian based startup wants to combine all solutions in one, from transport to shared cars network.
> Public Prize
Teebike offers to turn a bike into an electric bike by replacing its front wheel with an electric wheel including a rechargeable battery.
