Born in 1960, André Soulage graduated as an engineer at Centrale Nantes. He started his career at the French Aerospace Research Agency (ONERA), then cofounded a spin off specialized in lighting monitoring and protection. Following the sale of his company to the world leader of meteorological systems, he became USA R&D manager of VAISALA. Returned to France, then graduated e.MBA at HEC, after web consulting activities, he managed many aerospace programs for Pegase competitiveness cluster since 2008, including the lead of the national industrial program “Airships”. He is now CEO of SAFE competitiveness cluster.
