Biography
Philippe Dumas, physicist, is professor at Aix-Marseille University (AMU). He is involved in
the training of the Materials Department of the Engineering School (Polytech Marseille) in
particular in the field of Energy and Nanosciences. He carries out his research at CINaM
(CNRS-AMU). In parallel, he has long been involved in the Project Committee of the
Capénergies competitiveness cluster and has recently contributed, in collaboration with a
sociologist and an economist, to a study on the coupling of electric mobility and renewable
energies for the SudPaca Region.
